Italian - Beginners |

Are you planning to travel to Italy? You will have fun learning one of the world's most romantic languages. The course will aid participants to develop skills in speaking, concentrating on phrasing, pronunciation and vocabulary development. All you need to bring is a pen, some writing paper ... and your enthusiasm!

For those who have completed the Italian Beginners course, this intermediate course will help you to continue to make improvements in speaking, understanding and reading Italian.

Painting and Drawing |
Course length: 8 weeks

The course is designed for both beginners and advanced students. You will progress from tonal gradation to full tonal portraits and paintings. Achieve 3D effects by mastering tone, tools and mediums such as oils, watercolours, pastels, pencil, pen and ink. Techniques covered include impressionism and pointillism.

Painting - Watercolour |
Course length: 8 weeks

The class is designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced watercolourists. Subjects are varied but mostly still life. A continuing course based on the traditional application of watercolour.

Yoga Relaxation (Hatha) |
Course length: 8 weeks

Relaxation eases the mind and body. With regular practice yoga increases suppleness and creates a more relaxed attitude. Hatha yoga works on stretching and toning the body, whilst unifying the body, mind and spirit. Hatha yoga is not strenuous and may be started at any age.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a rug or mat for relaxation.
